What is Lagree?
Lagree is a full-body workout that combines slow, controlled movements with constant tension to build strength, endurance, and stability—all while being low-impact on your joints. Think of it as strength training meets Pilates—but amped up for intensity. Every second and every shake counts.
How do I book a class?
You can book directly through our website or download our app to create an account, purchase a class or membership, and reserve your spot. Classes fill up fast, so we recommend booking early!
How should I prepare for my first class?
Arrive 10–15 minutes early so our team can show you around and talk you through the Mega Pro machine and class expectation. Wear grip socks (required for safety and stability) and bring water.
What is your cancellation policy
We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid losing your credit or incurring a late cancel fee.
How often should I take classes?
For best results, we recommend 3–4 classes per week. Consistency is key—just make sure to give your muscles time to recover between sessions.
How long is the class?
All Lagree classes are 45 minutes long—quick, efficient, and effective.
Will I lose my spot if I’m late?
If you’re more than 5 minutes late, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. Safety is our priority, and we require you to join for the warm-up.
Where should I leave my personal belongings?
Open cubbies are available for your personal items. Please note that SANA is not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings
When do class credits expire?
Expiration dates vary depending on your package or membership. You can check your account for details.
Can I bring my kids to class?
For safety reasons, we don’t allow children in the studio or on the Megaformers.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. However, class credits can be transferred or extended at management’s discretion.
I have never done this type of workout, can I start in any class?
Absolutely! Our instructors are trained to guide all fitness levels. Every movement can be modified or intensified based on your comfort level.
Should my first class be a private lesson?
It’s not required, but if you prefer more personalized attention, we recommend starting with a private or small-group intro session.
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, join the waitlist! You’ll be automatically added to class when a spot opens up. You’ll receive an email or text notification—so make sure your notifications are on.
How do I cancel class?
You can cancel through your account in the SANA Lagree app or on our website.
What if I miss my class?
No-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will forfeit the class credit and may be charged a no-show fee.
What do I need for Class?
Grip socks (required), water, and a great attitude. We’ll provide everything else!
How can I upgrade my membership?
You can upgrade anytime through your account or by emailing us at info@sanacapecod.com
How do I cancel or place a hold on my membership?
Please email info@sanacapecod.com at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to request a hold or cancellation.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer special rates for students, teachers, and first responders, along with seasonal promotions throughout the year. Check our website for current offers or reach out to our team for additional details!
Can I work out if I’m pregnant?
For clients who are pregnant and new to the workout, we do not advise starting our classes. However, clients who have been regularly attending classes may continue working out with approval from your doctor. Please contact us if you have any questions.
How can I book a private session or book the studio for an event?

Contrast Suite

What should I expect during my first session?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so our team can walk you through the suite, talk you through the process, and answer any questions. Each booking includes access to your private contrast suite, complete with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, cold plunge tub, and towels.
Can I bring a guest with me? 
Yes! Each suite can accommodate up to two guests. Just add them when booking or let us know at check-in.
What should I wear for my sauna + cold plunge session?
Most guests wear a swimsuit or athletic wear. Bring a change of clothes if you’d like to freshen up after your session.
How long is each session?
Sessions are 50 minutes, giving you time to alternate between hot and cold as you like.
What is included in the private suite?
Our private suite includes an infrared saunacold plunge tub, shower and towel service.
How often are the cold plunge and sauna cleaned?
Cleanliness is our top priority. Our suite is sanitized after every session and monitored daily for temperature and quality.
Are towels provided?
Yes! Fresh towels are provided for every guest.
Running late – what should I do?
Please contact us if expect to be late. Please note, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate the next guest.
What is a cold plunge?
A cold plunge is a tub filled with chilled, circulating water designed to help reduce inflammation, boost recovery, and increase energy.
What kind of sauna’s do you have?
We feature full-spectrum infrared sauna, which use near, mid and far infrared to heat the body from within—promoting detoxification and relaxation.
Is there a best order I should follow? 
For optimal recovery, start with the sauna to warm up your body, then move into the cold plunge for 1–3 minutes to stimulate circulation. Repeat as desired!

Safety

Is it safe to use the contrast suite if I’m pregnant?
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) does not recommend becoming overheated in a sauna during pregnancy and advises against sauna use during all 3 trimesters. Body temperature exceeding 102 Degrees Fahrenheit can lead to serious complications for both the mother and the baby 
What is the recommended time spent in the sauna and cold plunge per session?
The Søberg Principle advises spending 10-20 minutes in the sauna for each cycle. This is typically followed by 1-5 minutes in the cold plunge, and the full cycle is repeated 2-3 more times per visit. Listen to your body and hydrate well!
What is the recommended temperature for the infrared sauna?
The ideal infrared sauna temperature depends on your comfort level and wellness goals. At Sana, our saunas can be adjusted up to 175°F. Once your session starts, you can easily raise or lower the temperature using the control panel inside the sauna to find your perfect heat zone.
What temperature is the cold plunge set to?
Our plunges are maintained around 55°F for a refreshing and effective cold therapy experience.
Can I use the sauna if I have a fever?
No—we recommend waiting until you’re fully recovered before using the sauna or cold plunge.
