What is Lagree?

The Lagree Megaformer is a high intensity, low impact exercise machine that combines elements of Pilates and strength training to work the entire body. It features a sliding carriage, spring based resistance, and platforms for your hands and feet, allowing for a variety of exercises performed without breaks. The focus is on slow, controlled movements and time under tension to build strength, endurance, and muscle tone.

Performed on the state-of-the-art Mega Pro machines, each class uses slow, controlled, resistance-based movements to keep your muscles under constant tension. The result?
